OUR SPRING PROGRAM 2012

Saturday 16 June at 17 o’clock
Major Asiatika Auction

Place: Cafe Griensteidl, Michaelerplatz Vienna 1

Viewing: Gallery Zacke, Kohlmarkt 7, Vienna 1, approx. 10 days prior to auction

Dear Art Lovers,

We are pleased to briefly inform you about our recent successful "NETSUKE" and "DISCOVERY" auctions: The interest was considerable and nearly 70 % of the entire offerings were sold, even though the salon in Griensteidl was only three-quarters full. Many bids came from outside Vienna and from other countries (reaching to India, China, Japan, America, Australia). The auctions altogether demonstrated surprisingly active participation and the telephone bidding, for example, ran almost non-stop. Due to internet, everything today is increasingly scattered worldwide - not even 10% of the sales stayed inland.

Now we cordially invite you to our POST-AUCTION SALE in the gallery or also here in INTERNET. There is still quite an attractive selection to choose from!

Here you can also find our RESULTS LIST from the auction!

Our own focus has now been immediately further set on our next (major!) auction. Our auction with ART FROM ASIA (and Eastern Mediterranean area) will take place again in CAFÉ GRIENSTEIDL on 16 JUNE at 17 o´clock. We are not promising you too much by saying that you can expect to find more than a few magnificent objects - some unique in rarity, form or quality. The catalogue will be printed and sent before the Whitsun holidays (28 May). At the same time you will also be able to browse through our offerings online.

We would like to thank you heartily for your lively interest which again motivates us to offer you a selection well worth seeing.

Best regards from Vienna!
