China, 1368-1644. Seated in padmasana, the right hand is lowered and clasped around a myrobalan fruit, a medicinal produce valued for its healing properties. The left hand is held in avakashamudra above the lap. He is dressed in long flowing robes opening at the chest, tied at the waist, and cascading in folds, the hems incised with floral scroll. The face with a serene expression marked by downcast eyes below gently arched brows, his full lips forming a subtle smile, flanked by elongated earlobes. The hair tightly arranged in small, pointed curls surrounding the ushnisha.

Condition: Good condition, with expected old wear, and some casting flaws. One small, damaged area with associated touch-ups to the back. Nicks and small dents, light scratches. Dark, almost black patina overall.
