The set comprises an iron tsuba of marugata shape, with a kozuka hitsu-ana, depicting a foliage motif, a sentoku tsuba of aoigata shape, with a kogai hitsu-ana, depicting cherry blossoms, against a nanako ground, a pair of floral sentoku menuk, a sentoku nanako fuchi also with a cherry blossom motif, an iron fuchi worked in gold hirazogan, depicting paulownia leaves, cherry blossoms, and tendrils, a lacquered kashira depicting the Aoi mon, and a sentoku finished copper kashira with an ornamental stippled design.
Tsuba HEIGHT from 7.1 cm to 7.3 cm, Menuki LENGTH 3.6 cm, Fuchi LENGTH 4.1 cm, Kashira HEIGHT 4.5 cm (sentoku), Kashira LENGTH 3.2 cm (lacquer)

These terms are specifically designed to protect all serious and committed buyers from bidding against non-payers who attempt to inflate prices without the intent of paying their auction bills.

The main points include the following:
- Bidders must complete their due diligence and clarify all questions about the objects before the auction. After the auction, Zacke will not answer questions from bidders unless the purchase price has been paid in full. Of course, this does not apply to questions concerning shipping, insurance, customs, etc.
- A sale cancellation of any kind after the fall of the hammer is not possible. The only exception to this fundamental rule is our guarantee of authenticity [the Guarantee].
- A Guarantee Claim, however, can only be raised after the purchase price has been paid in full by the buyer and within 45 days after the auction day.
