Finely cast, seated in lalitasana on a double lotus pedestal on a raised base, holding his right hand in shunya mudra, his left hand holding a lotus stem coming to full bloom at his shoulder. Clothed in jewelry and a dhoti fastened at the waist by a belt, his face bearing a serene expression. His hair secured by a tiara and drawn up into an elaborate ushnisha, framed by a flaming mandorla.
Condition: Very good condition with minor wear, casting flaws, signs of weathering and erosion, encrustations, and small dents.
Provenance: From a noted French private collection. Acquired in the auction market in Belgium.
