A GROUP OF FINE JADEITE, 18K GOLD, AND GILT SILVER JEWELRY, c. 1920s

China, Republic period (1912-1949). Comprising two bracelets and a pair of earrings, each element worked in gilded silver and inset with emerald green jadeite. The 18k gold bracelet is formed by alternating geometric elements and finely carved jadeite figures, secured by an open box clasp bearing a '750' hallmark. Another bracelet composed of five segments minutely decorated with floral filigree and interconnected by hinges, each segment is inset with a domed oval jadeite cabochon, both ends are connected by a chain and close with an open box clasp, stamped with two hallmarks, one reading ‘silver’. The earrings featuring round jadeite floral carvings in a gold and silver setting with a clasp.
Condition: Very good condition with some wear, mainly to the gilt.
Provenance: Swiss private collection.

Dimensions: Length 19.5 cm (the gold bracelet), Diameter 5.5 cm (the gilt silver bracelet) and 1.7 cm (each earring)

- Bidders must complete their due diligence and clarify all questions about the objects before the auction. After the auction, Zacke will not answer questions from bidders unless the purchase price has been paid in full. Of course, this does not apply to questions concerning shipping, insurance, customs, etc.
- A sale cancellation of any kind after the fall of the hammer is not possible. The only exception to this fundamental rule is our guarantee of authenticity [the Guarantee].
- A Guarantee Claim, however, can only be raised after the purchase price has been paid in full by the buyer and within 45 days after the auction day.
