A LOT WITH THREE INIDAN BRONZE FIGURES, 18TH-19TH CENTURY

South India. Each finely cast: the first figure of Vishnu, standing in tribhanga on a circular base, with the primary hands in katakamudra holding attributes, dressed in a short dhoti secured with a beaded belt and richly adorned with jewelry and the sacred thread; the second depicts Vishnu in a dynamic pose atop a small base, one leg raised, with four arms holding attributes, the face surmounted by an ornate headdress; the third shows Durga in a striding pose on a throne with an arch behind her, slaying the buffalo demon with a trident.
Provenance: Collection of Francoise Leroy-Laveissiere, who was an expert for Asian Art at the Cabinet Beurdeley & Leroy-Laveissiere at Drouot, Paris, in the 1970s. Thence by descent in the family.
Condition: Good condition with expected wear, few nicks, some dents, and minor warping. Both figures of Vishnu with losses to one hand and attribute. Each with a fine, naturally grown, dark patina.

The main points include the following:
- Bidders must complete their due diligence and clarify all questions about the objects before the auction. After the auction, Zacke will not answer questions from bidders unless the purchase price has been paid in full. Of course, this does not apply to questions concerning shipping, insurance, customs, etc.
- A sale cancellation of any kind after the fall of the hammer is not possible. The only exception to this fundamental rule is our guarantee of authenticity [the Guarantee].
- A Guarantee Claim, however, can only be raised after the purchase price has been paid in full by the buyer and within 45 days after the auction day.
