The small circular box with a lift off cover and mounted to a three-footed metal stand. The sides displaying a roiro and gold ground decorated in gold hiramaki-e with flowers, the cover bearing a nashiji ground finely decorated in gold and silver takamaki-e with a central flower spray on each side. The interior of rich nashiji with gold fundame edges.

Condition: Good condition with minor wear and two tiny lacquer flakes to the cover.
