清代青花花鳥紋繡墩

Lot details

China, 19th century. Of barrel form, painted on the curved sides with birds in flight and perched on rockwork amid large peonies and other blossoms, pierced in between with two coin-shaped cartouches, framed by raised bosses and shaped bands with blossoms against an ice-crack ground. The lower register with flowerheads borne on leafy scrolling vines, the top decorated with peonies and other blossoms borne on gnarled leafy branches surrounding an openwork coin-shaped medallion.

Provenance: UK trade, by repute acquired from an old English private estate.
Condition: Good condition with minor wear and firing flaws, the foot with minor chips.

中國,此對繡墩呈鼓形,墩體中空,墩面隆起;器身通體滿繪青花,內填折枝花卉,典雅秀麗;中間部分兩面對稱繪孔雀紋,孔雀姿態各異,活潑生動,富於動感。另一面可見一對鏤空的硬幣;繡墩上下各有凸起鼓釘一周,朵朵小花繪於鼓釘之上。

來源:英國古玩市場,據説購於英國私人老收藏。
品相:狀況良好,有輕微磨損和燒製瑕疵,足部有輕微磕損。

Intended Spend and Bid Limits

When you register to bid in an online auction, you will need to share your intended maximum spending budget for the auction. We will then review your intended spend and set a bid limit for you. Once you have pre-registered for a live online auction, you can see your intended spend and bid limit by going to 'Account Settings' and clicking on 'Live Bidding Registrations'. 

Your bid limit will be the maximum amount you can bid during the auction. Your bid limit is for the hammer price and is not affected by the buyer’s premium and VAT.  For example, if you have a bid limit of €1,000 and place two winning bids for €300 and €200, then you will only be able to bid €500 for the rest of the auction. If you try to place a bid that is higher than €500, you will not be able to do so.
