FOUR CHINESE GLAZED CERAMIC VESSELS, MING TO QING DYNASTY

China, Ming (1368-1644) to Qing dynasty (1644-1912)

This mixed lot of four glazed ceramic vessels includes a small jug with handle and spout, an elegant shape and the typical Longquan celadon glaze, as well as floral and geometric relief decorations; a small bowl with a globular body and ribbed sides, with an ochre brown glaze on the exterior and a mostly turquoise glaze on the interior, creating a striking contrast; a white-glazed bowl with fine craquelure and several light greenish glaze spots, the foot and surrounding area unglazed; and a larger bowl with curved sides, with an olive green glaze on the interior and top half of the exterior.
