A LARGE CLOISONNÉ JARDINIÈRE, QING
China, 18th – 19th century. Enameled décor of various birds and flowers, cranes, peaches, lotus, pomegranates on a turquoise-blue ground, all between circumferential lappet borders. European gilt-bronze stand.

Condition: Several damages to enamel, wear and traces of use, the inside with calcification. The stand has been attached with a drilling to the base. The bronze with considerable patina.
Provenance: From a Latvian private collector.

Weight: 15.8 kg (including the bronze base).
